Tiffany earned an undergraduate degree in Arts with concentration in English and Contemporary Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario and a Master of Science in Adolescence Education from D’Youville University in New York. She has taught Advanced Placement (AP) Language and Composition classes and served as Yearbook Adviser. Her students were recognized as 1st and 2nd place in the Raleigh Fine Arts Literary Contest in 2017 and 2018. She is a member of the Diversity Faculty Committee and PLT leader for English III and IV. She has lead professional development for BYOD and Google Classroom. Before entering the program, Tiffany taught high school English III and IV and AP Language at Needham B. Broughton High School. TIFFANY LONG IS A NCSU PRINCIPAL FELLOW CLASS 26
The North Carolina State University (NCSU) Principal Fellows program is an all Principal Fellows cohort program that prepares school leaders to work in North Carolina public schools. The program includes a merit-based scholarship loan while the Fellow completes the Masters of School Administration program at NC State. The program involves a year of academics and a year of full-time administrative internship. Upon completion of the two-year Principal Fellows program, Fellows will be prepared to lead North Carolina Schools. NCSU Principal Fellows Class 26 began the program Summer 2019 and will graduate in May 2021.
