PROBLEM OF PRACTICE
Work Session Presentation: After analyzing the behavior needs assessment, I worked with the 4.06 SEL sub committee to address students' needs and collaborated with Student Support Service PLT to progress monitor students' needs for love and belonging. Through core and elective classes, we implemented the Second Step program for all students.

Final Presentation/Recommendations: Within the midst of a pandemic and disconnect of remote learning, students still managed to feel that the program helped with their ability to adjust, persist, and change after a mistake; understand bullying/harassment; and ultimately manage emotions to make better decisions.
