Professional Learning Team Workbook
A workbook for Professional Learning Teams to guide teachers through the PLT process. Teams will look at pre/post assessments and analyze the quality of instruction/measurement. They will develop plans to integrate common assessments. They will collaborate to give formative assessments and then look at the data to provide targeted instruction for students. Afterwards they will plan out how to build the school-wide literacy strategy into their lessons and dive into reflection about their summative assessments for ongoing school improvement.

ACCESS Tutoring Skill-Based Plan
Using ELL Finish Line 2.0 and Quill.org, I created a plan for ACCESS writing plan based of historical data of writing being the weakest domain for English Language Learners. I worked with the ESL teacher to gather resources and differentiate instructions for Tiers B/C and Tier A students to practice during tutoring leading up to our ACCESS testing schedule. This schedule provides targeted intervention for students that are close to exiting the program and those that need additional support. This model integrates vocabulary instruction alongside the teacher modeling writing concepts for students and then guiding students with independent practice. It was developed by identifying the gaps in resources that needed to filled and by looking at students' needs.
